Currently ships to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.
We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
Damaged packages
Higher Grounds is not responsible for packages that were damaged in transport or after delivery. To file a claim on damaged items, please contact the carrier or your local post office.
RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*Return items must not be used or opened. We do not accept returns of Clearance items. Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. *We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
